Frequently asked questions
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees for any tier. Your subscription begins once your membership application is approved and you choose to activate your account.
Can we change tiers after joining?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the beginning of your next billing period.
Are there transaction fees?
Fence and Ledger does not charge transaction fees or success fees on deals closed through the platform. Your membership fee covers platform access and all standard features within your tier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH transfers and wire payments for institutional accounts. Credit card payment is available for Starter tier members. Enterprise agreements are invoiced on custom terms.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Starter and Professional tiers are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Enterprise agreements are structured as annual contracts with terms negotiated during the sales process.
What happens if we exceed our listing limit?
If you reach your tier's listing limit, you can upgrade to a higher tier or archive existing listings to make room for new ones. We will not automatically charge you for overages.
